UNCTAD Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Competition Law and Policy 2021

Each year, an Intergovernmental Group of Experts (IGE) on Competition Law and Policy meets to discuss ways of improving worldwide cooperation on competition policy implementation and enhancing convergence through dialogue. Rather than exercising any rule-making function, the IGE conducts its work through: (i) Interactive debates; (ii) Voluntary Peer Review of Competition Law and Policy; (iii) Round tables on specialized competition topics; (iv) Reviews of technical assistance and capacity-building activities.
