Response Measures Commitments in Climate Talks

Achieving the 2°C goal of the Paris Agreement will require enhanced ambition and effective implementation of GHG mitigation abatement policies and actions. This paper looks at response measures as a concept, the legal milestones from the UNFCCC to the Paris Agreement, as well as the interests of developing country Parties and the way forward under the Paris Agreement regime taking into account the specific circumstances of Africa and other developing countries
