The publication gives a substantive account of the evolution of the WTO Doha Development Agenda (DDA) negotiations and the role of developing country coalitions and alliances. The reflections are those of the former and current developing country negotiators based on their first-hand experience of WTO negotiations, particularly on the development dimension.
