Climate Finance: Where are UNFCCC Parties at, Where Should They be Headed?

This note focuses on the state of climate finance in the UNFCCC framework, before and after the Paris agreement, then looking at the challenges of current public climate finance as well as presenting possible alternatives and opportunities. It concludes with some recommendations to climate negotiators going to COP22, especially developing countries and LDCs negotiators.
