FEATS National Inception Meetings (NIM) were held in the five project countries in October 2008. The NIM in Uganda was attended by relevant stakeholders (i.e., representatives of the governments, private sector, CSOs, and academics) who were briefed about the FEATS project. The NIM approved the ToRs for the first phase research and established a FEATS National Reference Groups in Uganda.
