Facing the Challenge of Climate Change on Food Security through Trade: Multi-stakeholder Capacity Building in the EAC

The 6th EAC Geneva Forum meeting took place in Kigali, Rwanda on September 17, 2012. The topic under discussion was services liberalization in the EAC. Each of the five country papers identified two important services sectors in their country, the policies and regulations in place or missing to inform the negotiators if these sectors are sufficiently regulated or not and if they have achieved competitiveness.
